In my experiences trying to call a veterinarian clinic can be frustrating at times. Most vets are booked on a constant basis.
To expedite your needs make an appointment for either a consultation or examination.  During this scheduled visit bring a
fresh fecal sample for the veterinarian and yourself to discuss....

You don't want to go for your appointment only to be told come back another day with a stool sample because they may
require it to analyze for parasites, worms or flagellates.  Save yourself the time and money and go prepared.

You can collect a stool sample in a clean 35mm film canister or an empty pill bottle.  Sanitize these containers as best as
you can and dry it thoroughly.  After you have collected your stool sample put a label on it with your reptile's name,
approximate date of birth, date of collection, species, sex of your reptile and your name and contact information.
Analyzation usually takes about 3 days.  Ask your vet if they only call you with results if something is found or if they call
you regardless.
