Welcome to Exclusive Dragons Father's Day Contest!  We are very pleased to bring you an exciting contest for all of you
herp lovers out there :) What a great thing to celebrate - our Dads!

The contest is simple and easy!  Write us about the best Dad in your life!  Whether it be about your dad, your husband or
a top dad in your community and why you feel that person deserves to win.  The submissions will be reviewed & judged by
Jeff & myself - The most compelling letter will win a Bearded Dragon for The Worlds Best Dad!

* With all contests there are Rules & Regulations and Terms & Conditions.  Please be sure to read them!
Rules & Regulations!
1) The Worlds Best Dad Contest is open to Canadian participants only.
2) The contest is not open to or intended for hobby or professional breeders, pet stores, pet store
wholesalers/suppliers/employees or any other person/company or organization that would/could re-sell the said Bearded
Dragon.
3) You must be 18 or older to participate, for younger participants:  I MUST have written AND verbal permission by their
parent(s).
4) You must be aware of the supplies you will require, care needs, and responsibility of raising a Bearded Dragon (you can
find this information in our "Care Info Library") and be prepared to attain these things should you win the contest.
5) One entry per person.
6) All entries must be received by June 10th, 2007.
7) Make sure that nominated Dad wants a reptile for a pet and is willing & able to provide the best care possible for him/her.
8) The winner will be notified by email or phone on June 16th, 2007 (day before Father's Day).

Terms & Conditions!
1) The winning Dad & nominator agrees to have their picture taken and have the photograph, their name, City & Province
published on Exclusive Dragons website http://www.exclusivedragons.com .
2) Exclusive Dragons will have the winning couple come over (if they live locally) and select their dragon from a group of
dragons that Exclusive Dragons will hand select and present for selection.  Retail Value $150-$250
3) Out of town or Out of Province winners will have a selection of photographs that will be sent to them via email for their
personal selection of their dragon.
4) Winners that live outside of Ontario, or more than 100 kms from Brampton, Ontario are responsible for the shipping
costs of their winning dragon.   Arrangements for delivery will/can be made by Exclusive Dragons with their preferred
courier to ensure a reasonable & discounted shipping fee will only be charged.
5) The winner reserves the right to use their own courier should they desire but Exclusive Dragons will not guarantee safe
arrival with an unfamiliar or unbonded courier.
6) The winning Bearded Dragon must be picked up or delivery arrangements be made within 30 days of notification of
winning the contest. Failure to pick up or have arrangements made for delivery of your dragon within 30 days of notification
of winning will result in the 2nd place winner being notified and taking the place of the 1st place winner.
7) You must not be a hobby or professional breeder, pet store, pet store wholesalers/suppliers/employee or any other
person/company or organization that would/could re-sell the said Bearded Dragon.
8) Exclusive Dragons reserves the right to refuse any participant that fails to agree to all the Rules & Regulations and
