The Hatching Finally Begins!
After a long break, and eager for breeding season - our first clutch of the year has finally begun to hatch!
I have been pacing the floor like a mother hen since their due date; March 27th. These little girls and
boys decided to keep me on my toes.
Ironically, hatching began tonight... after a very hard day for our family. Sadly, Sebastian... Our beloved
family Rottweiller of 13 years; passed away this morning. He will be missed terribly. Many of our clients
fell in love with Sebastian and looked forward to seeing him when they came to our house.
Sebastian was a gentle soul who loved people, kids and our dragons. Our
older dragons liked him and trusted him. They would go up and lick his nose
and often nestle into his warm fur.
Rest in peace old friend.

Exclusive Dragons Visits Simcoe County
Today Exclusive Dragons visited Norfolk Youth & Children's Association's March Break Camp! Today was a long and wonderful day
for Exclusive Dragons' Robin Moniz, Anthony, Page and Amy. We woke up bright and early and drove 2 hours to meet Dave, his
group of camp leaders, and children! Today we brought Moe, Tri, Olive, Lucy, Florida and Savanna. We also brought Texi our
Baird's Rat Snake to also teach the children what is one of bearded dragons natural predators in the wild. We did two shows and
thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful questions and interest in our dragons. We look forward to going back to visit them on August 3rd,
2007 where we were invited to come back to visit with their summer camp.

Texi & Gray are expecting!
Texi and Gray; our Baird's Rat Snakes are expecting hatchlings! Yesterday evening we
went in and saw that Texi had laid her eggs. She was laying on them somewhat coiled -
protecting them as all good mamas do. She amazed us as this is her first clutch and
she laid 6 eggs.
We are used to the size and shape of bearded dragon eggs so when we saw her eggs we
were blown away with the size of them! They are 3 1/2 inches long and about 1 1/4 inch
in diameter. Her eggs will hatch in 2 - 3 months.
Pictures to the right: top Texi and Gray, bottom left her 6 eggs using a sharpie marker
to compare size, bottom right the proud poppa; Gray.

Exclusive Dragons Invade Fernforest Public School!
Exclusive Dragons spent the entire day at Fernforest Public School doing reptile shows for 12 Kindergarten classes!
Students and teachers were intrigued alike! Robin of Exclusive Dragons and their friends Cate & Steven; who have assisted in a show
in the past - spent the day showing some of Robin's Bearded Dragons, her snake Texi, teaching about the gentle dragons diet,
behavior, habitat, predators and much more. I enjoyed answering the plethora of questions posed by the kindergarten students and
their teachers. It was a
great day and it came to a close with the teachers and students presenting

Today Exclusive Dragons travelled to Kemptville, Ontario for a Reptile Expo hosted by Reptiles Canada! The drive was about 5 hours
and our dragons held up very well. It was exciting to see the new big venue in Kemptville. There was a steady stream of people there
and everything was set up nicely. Congrats on the new venue Grant Crossman & his team and thank you again!
